In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful We at the non-governmental Rand Institute have complete faith in a bright future for the students and the new generation in the Kurdistan Region in general, and the city of Duhok in particular. We also have a different and special vision for a modern and contemporary style of education and teaching, in order to ensure the future of our students, meet the needs of the job market, and how to develop the abilities of our institute's graduates, in line with these needs and the changes of modern life and adapting them to all the rapid scientific and academic developments that are taking place in today's world. Throughout the years in which our institute has been established, through the scientific departments that we have, we have always tried to create a healthy, modern, and compatible environment with new developments. For this purpose, dozens of our institute's graduates have proven themselves today in the job market and in various fields of life, as evidence, and have become a source of trust for their families, employers, and superiors. This, for us, as the staff of the institute, whether as the director, the teaching staff, or the administrative cadres, is a source of pride. With this, we feel that we have a message in life, we have a goal, and we have been able to be a tool and a reason for the progress of our country. In the environment of the institute where we work, in addition to studying and teaching, we provide a strong personality for our graduates, in a way that they can face all the complexities and challenges of life and become a strong foundation for themselves, their families, their people, and their country. We have also tried to make our classrooms an arena for creativity where our students can pursue their abilities, ideas, and hobbies and achieve their goals. We all see ourselves as one big family. With cooperation, love, and helping each other even after graduation, we are supporters and pillars for each other.
